To permanently improve your shot, after attending a Global Shot Doctor Shooting Session Coach Lewis recommends shooting 300 shots per day for 21 days straight. To become All-Conference or All-State, Coach Lewis recommends 500 shots per day for 100 days. 

Korbyn Ukasick — who attended three Global Shot Doctor Shooting Sessions in 2010–11 — is a step above the rest. Using the Arrow® wrist band, she shot 500 shots a day for 500 days, for a whopping total of 250,000 shots!
